You wish to occupy a concrete, versatile, and close-to-the-ground HR role in a growing Quebec company that is rethinking the future of agri-food? Entosystem is looking for a rigorous, organized, and solution-oriented HR advisor to directly contribute to the employee experience and the quality of HR services. In close collaboration with employees, managers, and the HR Director, you will ensure the smooth running of daily HR operations while participating in the structuring and continuous improvement of our practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field; CRHA title (an asset).
  • Relevant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and rigor in simultaneously managing multiple files, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, discretion, and judgment to effectively support employees and managers.
  • Proficiency with HR administrative processes, document management, and data compilation, combined with a proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement approach.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR resource person for employees and managers by offering professional, clear, and solution-oriented support.
  • Coordinate all activities related to employee onboarding, integration, and lifecycle, including hiring, departures, internal movements, probation periods, and exit interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits and follow-ups related to attendance, absences, and various employee administrative requests.
  • Manage and follow up on the foreign worker registry, including work permits, collection of required documents, and coordination with external partners.
  • Participate in the administrative management of CNESST files and support managers in applying HR processes, particularly in onboarding, probation, attendance, and employee relations.
  • Prepare HR communications and ensure follow-ups related to payroll, salary changes, bonuses, new hires, and departures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices by keeping records, data, forms, procedures, and administrative tools up to date.
