About The Position

The Configuration Associate I produces high-quality products according to procedures and specifications within standard labor hours. The role sets up and performs assigned assembly operations for a specific target product family while meeting quality standards, and provides backup support for other functions as staffing needs require. The position is based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $19.50 per hour. The role may earn a performance-based annual cash incentive targeted at 3% of base pay, subject to the applicable incentive plan.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• English skills sufficient for reading, writing, and following verbal instructions.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 35 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quality goals and on-time delivery requirements for assigned jobs.
• Perform process operations using procedural documentation and training, within standard labor hours.
• Visually inspect configured products for physical damage and missing parts.
• Test configured products using a PC-based test system.
• Record inspection results in a PC-based configuration order tracking system.
• Prepare and clean configured products for shipment according to established standards.
• Be punctual and reliably handle normal work functions.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
