About the position

The job overview for the Vice President, Partnerships role is to provide strategic direction to the partnerships team, evolve the function into a best-in-class organization, develop and deliver the partnerships strategy, and enhance the global footprint of the company. The responsibilities include refining the partnership organization, attracting and retaining strong talent, building and executing partnership strategies, and ensuring alignment with product and marketing teams. The role also involves building and maintaining a network of resellers, platform partners, and solution partners to drive revenue and generate leads.

Responsibilities

  • Refine the partnership organization, mature processes, and modernize the partnership operations and use of analytics.
  • Attract, develop and retain strong talent. Instill best practices and continue to develop and structure a performance-based partnership team that efficiently executes on the organization’s goals. Help create an inclusive, dynamic working environment that brings out the best in the team.
  • Build/execute partnership strategies (including understanding trends, competitors, adjacent industries products, and adjusting accordingly)
  • Build, maintain, and grow a network of resellers that drive revenue to our products.
  • Build, maintain, and grow an ecosystem of partners that integrate our technology.
  • Generate leads from Solution Partners (partners with complementary offerings that we have agreements with, and refer business to our High Touch product, and the Sales team that sells it).
  • Ensure strong alignment with Product on strategies and roadmaps for partner programs, partner APIs, etc.
  • Facilitate close collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • People leadership experience with a track record of hiring, developing, and growing a best-in-class global partnerships organization
