About The Position

FlatironDragados is recruiting team members for its Port Arthur project. Applicants are invited to visit the Port Arthur Project Office at 3731 Hwy 82, Port Arthur, TX 77640, where employment applications are available and can be submitted through a drop box in the lobby. The role involves construction and repair work, including constructing, repairing, and installing frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials, and ensuring work complies with construction specifications. The position pays USD $27.50–$32.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience with hand tools, including squares, levels, and chisels, and power tools such as sanders, circular saws, nail guns, and welding machines.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and install building frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials.
• Construct or repair materials in compliance with construction specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials as directed.
• Erect, level, repair, and install framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
