About The Position
Aberdeen Heights is seeking a Concierge to provide concierge and clerical support and deliver a high level of customer service. The Concierge is often the first representative visitors meet when entering the facility, and helps provide a positive experience for residents, their families, and visitors. The role is part-time and evening-based. PMMA describes its culture as focused on learning, growth, engagement, and quality of life for residents, within a faith-based, not-for-profit organization.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to deal tactfully with others.
- Ability to respond to situational issues with a patient, positive tone and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Competence with PCs and office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a receptionist or concierge position.
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge and clerical support.
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Establish and sustain a high level of customer support on a daily basis as the first representative visitors meet upon entering the facility.
- Respond to situational issues in a patient, positive manner and work toward solutions.
