About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a part-time Concierge to join the Guest Services team at The Belgrove, a 4-Diamond resort in West Palm Beach. The Concierge helps guests plan their stay and serves as a knowledgeable source for information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. The role is suited to an engaging, service-oriented person who enjoys connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Advanced knowledge of the local area.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover and plan their experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and taking a sincere interest in them.
• Establish relationships with local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
• Resolve problems and create positive guest-recovery experiences when things go wrong.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact professionally with hotel and resort staff, providing other departments with necessary information.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
