About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a bright, dynamic leader who has a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join their family of talented individuals. This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests. The ideal candidate will greet all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensure the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed, and treat all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed, operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle. This role requires working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and having effective interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• One-year experience in the industry or related field
• Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
• Criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.
• Florida applicants: Level 2 ACHA requirements.
• Arizona applicants: Fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.
• Michigan applicants: TB test and complete fingerprinting.
