About The Position

Van Dyk Park Place, an assisted living community in Hawthorne, New Jersey, is accepting applications for a part-time Concierge. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour, with shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. The role answers and routes incoming calls professionally, greets visitors, and provides support to departments, residents, and families.

Requirements

Receptionist experience is required.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Energetic.
Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the organization.
Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents.
