About The Position

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to serve as a key part of the community’s brand and as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests. The role provides front desk coverage and exceptional customer service, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment. The Concierge contributes to a positive senior living experience by addressing inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations.

The schedule is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6–12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Patience and willingness to assist residents, visitors, and team members.
• Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasking, and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls and inquiries as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and light clerical work.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns or questions and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
