About The Position

Inspired Living is hiring a Concierge for its Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes senior living community in Bradenton, Florida. The Concierge is the welcoming face of the lobby and the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, guests, and prospective residents. The role focuses on creating a warm, professional, and inviting experience while assisting with everyday requests and supporting community operations. Spanish and English bilingual ability is required.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or similar experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort communicating with people in person and over the phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional, friendly, dependable, and confident demeanor.
Genuine desire to make people feel welcome and cared for.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests warmly and professionally.
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide helpful information.
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting lobby.
Assist residents with mail, packages, and everyday requests.
Support activities and encourage residents to participate and stay connected.
Respond to prospective residents’ and families’ questions, connect them with the appropriate sales team, and assist with tours when needed.
Support Sales & Marketing with inquiries, lead management, tours, and marketing materials.
Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborate with community leaders and help wherever needed to provide an exceptional experience.
Bring creativity, attention to detail, and a helpful attitude to daily work.
