About The Position

The Concierge is responsible for ensuring the highest caliber of guest experience at Teton Mountain Lodge. This role provides guests with information about community events, area attractions, entertainment, shops, restaurants, travel, and local businesses. The Concierge assists guests with reservations and offers accurate, insightful, and unique vacation advice as they plan their stay.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a concierge; customer service or other relevant experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of local businesses, area attractions, and community events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time.
• Ability to maintain a calm, unhurried demeanor.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and email.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Eagerness to learn and pride in one's work.
• Reliability, a flexible mindset, and a positive attitude.
