About The Position

Village Green is hiring a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at The Lumen. The role provides courteous customer service, information about the community and local amenities, and support with leasing-related inquiries during off hours. The listed pay is $17.34–$18.74 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus. Shifts are listed for Monday through Friday and for Saturday and Sunday; the posting also requires availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests courteously and in a friendly manner as they enter the building.
Become familiar with community attractions and local amenities and provide recommendations when requested.
Provide brochures, floor plans, and other collateral to clients.
Complete guest cards, provide mini tours, and act on behalf of leasing during off hours.
Retrieve packages for residents.
Provide refreshments to residents and guests.
Maintain the Concierge Binder.
Keep the front lobby stocked with magazines, collateral, maps, transportation schedules, menus, and other items specified in the binder layout.
Use the Internet to provide local and broader information to residents and guests.
Maintain clean and orderly front desk, lobby, and applicable storage closet areas.
Prepare incident reports and related documentation.
Follow established fair housing policies.
Communicate courteously and professionally with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and other outside contacts.
Maintain confidentiality concerning co-workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and other outside contacts.
