About The Position

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Concierge. The position is scheduled every weekend from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Concierge welcomes and directs visitors, handles incoming calls, responds to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns, handles emergency situations appropriately, and maintains the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong communication skills for working with potential residents, current residents, family members, and team members.
• Technology skills are important.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to questions and concerns from residents and family members.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
