About The Position
The Concierge provides excellent customer service to VIP customers in the exclusive members-only 338 Club. The role completes point-of-sale transactions, suggests firearms, ammunition, and other products, and supports the online booking system. Responsibilities include managing range check-ins and reservations, assisting customers with questions and VIP scheduling, and handling ammunition counts, class signups, memberships, and social media marketing.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is required.
- Able to lift 50 pounds while standing.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to use a computer for long periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- Point-of-sale system experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain orderly customer check-in and check-out for the range.
- Answer inbound phone calls and coordinate reservations with range lanes.
- Accurately account for different forms of tender and ensure customers entering the range have the proper safety equipment.
- Answer general customer questions about the range, pricing, and the business’s basic offerings.
- Assist VIP clients with scheduling range time, conference room use, catering, and related needs.
- Complete point-of-sale transactions and suggest firearms, ammunition, and other products.
- Support the online booking system.
- Conduct regular counts of range ammunition.
- Manage class signups and memberships.
- Support social media marketing and perform other duties as assigned.
