About The Position

Bridge Senior Living is hiring a Concierge. The role is responsible for welcoming residents and visitors and handling a variety of clerical duties. The Concierge greets and assists residents and visitors professionally, manages visitor and vendor sign-in and sign-out, handles incoming phone calls, notifies residents or staff about guests, packages, and deliveries, and responds to residents’ requests for assistance by helping directly or referring them to other staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR certified.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
• Inform residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
• Accommodate residents’ requests for assistance, referring them to other staff as necessary.
