About The Position
Lifespace Communities is hiring a Concierge for the Meadow Lake community in Tyler, Texas. The Concierge is part of the Customer Service team and helps create courteous, personalized experiences for residents and guests. The role includes greeting visitors, providing information and personal services, assisting with vehicles and deliveries, and coordinating appointments and dining reservations. The position is full-time, with flexible scheduling, and pays $12.72–$17.49+ per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and greet residents and guests with courtesy and urgency.
- Stay knowledgeable about local attractions and events and offer recommendations and personal services.
- Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, and deliver packages and groceries to residents’ living areas.
- Direct deliveries and visitors to their destinations.
- Schedule appointments and inform the transportation team of appointments made.
- Schedule dining room reservations.
