About The Position

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak, a luxury senior living community in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a part-time Concierge to work weekends. The Concierge is the first point of contact for visitors and helps create a warm, welcoming impression. The role includes greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, relaying messages, providing high-quality customer service, and performing administrative duties that support multiple departments. The Concierge is also a key point of contact during emergencies at the community. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The position requires a high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Required background clearances and health requirements, including TB, must be met; current First Aid/CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Keep the front entrance, lobby, and reception areas neat, clean, and organized to present a professional first impression.
Welcome people who visit the community, standing to greet them and offering assistance.
Answer, transfer, and deliver messages from calls using a professional and courteous voice.
Monitor visitors, request that they sign in and out of the logbook, and immediately report suspicious persons or activity to a supervisor.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Accept and report residents’ special requests.
Maintain the community’s lost-and-found system.
Order and replenish administrative supplies as needed.
Support the Executive Director and other departments with administrative functions as needed.
Maintain and check meal attendance tracking forms, alerting staff about needed room services or residents who have not attended meals.
Ensure regulatory compliance and immediately report issues or concerns.
Follow Clearwater Living standards and policies to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
Represent Clearwater Living’s principles and core values daily.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
