About The Position

Clearwater Living is seeking a part-time Concierge for Clearwater Pinnacle Peak, a senior living community in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Concierge is the first point of contact for visitors and helps create a warm, welcoming impression. The role includes greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, relaying messages, providing customer service, and carrying out administrative tasks in support of multiple departments. The Concierge is also a key point of contact during community emergencies. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The role requires a high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Required background clearances and health requirements, including TB, apply. Current First Aid/CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Keep the front entrance, lobby, and reception areas neat, clean, and organized.
Welcome people to the community, standing to greet them and offering assistance.
Answer, transfer, and deliver calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor visitors, ask them to sign in and out in the logbook, and promptly report suspicious persons or activity to the supervisor.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Accept and report residents’ special requests.
Maintain the community’s lost-and-found system.
Order and replenish administrative supplies as necessary.
Support the Executive Director and other departments with administrative functions as needed.
Maintain and check off the meal attendance tracking form, alerting staff about room-service needs or residents who have not attended meals.
Ensure regulatory compliance and promptly report issues or concerns.
Follow Clearwater Living standards and policies to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
