Concierge-Memory Center Marlin and Doris Thomas Memory Center | Willow Valley Communities Become a part of our founding team at the new Memory Center! Estimated start dates for these positions will be December 2026-January 2027. Part-Time, Day Shift/Mid Shift positions available Starting at $15.00/hour Help Us Reimagine the Future of Memory Care At the Marlin and Doris Thomas Memory Center, we're changing the way dementia is viewed, experienced, and embraced. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-focused Concierge to be the welcoming face of our community. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of customer service, administrative, reception, hospitality, healthcare, or related experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new technology.
A positive attitude and passion for serving older adults and their families.

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or memory care.
Experience working with individuals living with dementia.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for Residents, families, guests, and vendors.
Greet visitors, answer questions, provide directions, and connect guests with appropriate Team Members.
Manage incoming phone calls, messages, emails, and radio communications.
Coordinate appointments, reservations, transportation requests, and community information.
Support day-to-day operations by processing mail and packages, submitting maintenance and IT requests, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Maintain knowledge of community services, events, programs, and resources to effectively assist Residents and guests.
Assist with emergency communications and follow established safety and security procedures.
Process payments, maintain records, and support general office and concierge desk functions.
Collaborate with Team Members, volunteers, and support staff to deliver an exceptional Resident and guest experience.
