About The Position

The Concierge works under the general direction of the Executive Director and is responsible for the overall management and integrity of the building during weekends and as scheduled. The role provides customer service to residents, responds to concerns, carries out emergency procedures, supports weekend activities, and reports emergencies and repair needs to the appropriate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of customer service to residents.
• Respond to and address resident concerns that arise during the shift.
• Carry out required emergency procedures during the shift.
• Use the BILD sales system knowledgeably and successfully.
• Run or oversee weekend activities.
• Notify the Executive Director of emergency situations.
• Note areas or articles in need of repair and report them to the Assistant Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
