About The Position

The Beauty Concierge provides outstanding customer service by greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and products, and providing a variety of other services. The role requires knowledge of the cosmetics area to inform and direct customers and employees, while also supporting store operations as a general resource. The Beauty Concierge maintains confidentiality and makes deliveries to customers.

The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent hand use and varied movements to handle merchandise and assist customers, and lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally. The hourly pay range is $21.00–$21.85, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
