About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a Concierge to join their team. This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, answering the telephone promptly, and ensuring resident and guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations.

Requirements

• One-year experience in the industry or related field
• Outstanding customer service skills
• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
• Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
• Criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.
• Florida applicants please visit: https://info.flclearinghouse.com/ for specific state information regarding Level 2 ACHA requirements.
• Arizona applicants will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.
• Michigan applicants will need to take a TB test and complete fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed.
• Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
