About The Position

Morada Senior Living is hiring a Concierge for one of its senior living communities. The Concierge greets guests, residents, and employees; manages external and internal calls; takes and communicates messages; and provides general information. The role also supports reception, resident services, dining and marketing activities, and the organization of the front desk and entry area.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls and perform reception duties as needed.
Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate them to the intended recipient.
Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions.
Collate brochures for the marketing department.
Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members and tally meal count sheets for Dining staff.
Update the Resident Phone List, Roster, and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily, and update Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
Manage appointments for residents and family members, including appointments for hairdressers and transportation.
Keep the desk and entry area neat and organized.
Organize and distribute mail to residents, the Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
Follow company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
