About The Position

Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced Concierge for luxury residential communities in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on providing excellent member service, maintaining professional relationships, solving problems, and running the front desk efficiently. The position pays $20.00 per hour and is part-time, scheduled Friday and Saturday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with personnel at all levels and the general public.
• Computer literacy to submit reports, maintain logs, and produce signage.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services.
• Flexibility and open availability, including weekend availability, to assist with around-the-clock coverage.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and reference check upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a community with more than 250 units.
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, or similar systems.
