About The Position

Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced Concierge to serve luxury communities in the Reston, Virginia area. The role focuses on providing excellent member service, maintaining strong professional relationships, solving problems, and ensuring the front desk operates efficiently. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., at a rate of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process. The role requires successful completion of a background investigation and reference check upon hire.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior residential concierge experience.
Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of personnel and the general public.
Computer literacy for submitting reports, maintaining logs, and producing signage.
Neat and professional appearance.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time.
Exceptional communication skills.
Knowledge of the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services.
Flexibility and open availability to assist with around-the-clock coverage.
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
Must successfully complete a background investigation and reference check upon hire.
