About The Position
MRC’s Mirador is a nonprofit, faith-based continuing care retirement community in Corpus Christi, Texas, offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehabilitation. The Concierge helps create an extraordinary customer service experience for residents, family members, visitors, and employees. This weekend position calls for a friendly, well-organized person committed to serving seniors.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask.
Nice To Haves
- Front desk or receptionist experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors enthusiastically and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls on the main phone line and maintain a friendly, welcoming tone.
- Sign for deliveries and promptly notify the employees or residents receiving packages.
- Build rapport with residents, guests, and employees, maintaining friendliness and professional maturity in interactions.
- Assist residents with scheduling transportation services and enter work order requests.
- Monitor the emergency response system and fire alarm panel.
- Occasionally respond to resident pull-cord emergencies.
