About The Position

Medley at Mirada Club in San Antonio, Florida, is seeking a part-time Concierge to provide guest services at a hospitality-focused property. The role is scheduled for weekends only and pays $15.00 per hour. The Concierge serves as a local information source, answers calls to the guest service desk, and helps guests arrange services and resolve questions or concerns. The position is with Troon, a professional club management company specializing in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local information source for guests.
• Provide information about special events at the resort and in the surrounding area.
• Keep brochure rack items adequately stocked, clean, and well organized.
• Answer incoming calls to the guest service desk.
• Assist guests with services such as dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine, or gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and arranging other special requests.
• Help guests with questions and concerns, make suggestions, and identify possible solutions.
• Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
