About The Position

Planned Companies is hiring a motivated, courteous and knowledgeable Concierge to welcome tenants, guests and vendors and help ensure they have a positive experience. The role provides front-desk and concierge services, including personalized assistance based on tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs and expectations. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday and Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The position is located in Secaucus, New Jersey, and pays $20.00.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly and self-assured, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce and direct tenants, guests and vendors as they enter the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and provide individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
