About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring Room Attendants to clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner, following established procedures and hotel standards. The role also involves maintaining an orderly, well-stocked linen cart; reporting room issues and lost-and-found items; keeping issued equipment, keys, and supplies secure; and responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. Weekends are required. The posting lists pay of $18.00 per hour and says full-time associates receive competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Report areas in guest rooms needing attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
• Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
• Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
