About The Position

The Legacy at North Augusta is seeking a PRN Concierge to provide exceptional service to residents, families, guests, and team members. The Concierge is one of the first people visitors encounter and helps create a warm, welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day needs of the front desk. The role offers a pay range of $16.50–$22.00 per hour, with the final offer based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications. The schedule is PRN and may include any shift.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents, families, visitors, and guests.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Assist residents and visitors with questions and general information.
• Monitor the reception area and help maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support administrative and front-desk responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members across the community.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and resident-focused service.
