About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills, including phone skills and computer literacy.
• At least 3 years of security, military, and/or law enforcement experience.
• Maryland Guard Card.
• At least 21 years of age, as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Able to successfully complete a 40-hour basic training course.
• Experience working in a corporate multistory office building setting.
• Open availability for weekdays and weekends, including mornings, evenings, and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
