About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual, as-needed Response Security Officer to work across various sites in the Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina areas. The role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, or surveillance. Officers must be able to adapt quickly to changing assignments and situations.

This is an on-call position with 24/7 availability Monday through Sunday. Officers must be able to cover first, second, and third shifts with 24-hour reliability and have open availability for all shifts and schedules. The position pays $21.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Hold an active PPSB license.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be over 21 years old.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Have complete open availability for all shifts and schedules.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a state license if required.
