About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security post in St. Louis, Missouri. The role involves engaging with visitors and employees, helping them feel welcome and confident, and protecting people and property in a concierge environment. The position is part-time, Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $19.44. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Must have a state license if required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
