About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections while protecting people and property in a concierge security setting. The schedule is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The position pays $18.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
