About The Position

The Concierge Scheduling Specialist owns the relationship between My City Home Inspector clients and the service network, including Omni companies and approved outside vendors. The role serves homebuyers who have booked inspections and homeowners already living in their homes. Its purpose is to identify client needs, connect clients with trusted providers, follow opportunities through completion, and operate a vendor program that delivers measurable value to clients, vendors, and Omni. The position manages each opportunity from identifying a need through making the appropriate connection, facilitating scheduling when necessary, following up, tracking the outcome, and completing applicable vendor billing. Compensation is stated as $20 per hour plus an uncapped 5% commission on eligible, verified closed business generated through Concierge. The posting also describes the position as salaried and requires diligent time and activity tracking; tracking does not convert the position to hourly compensation.
