About The Position

The Concierge Attendant welcomes homeowners and guests of the Spring House at Kiawah River, serving as one of their first points of contact when entering the building. The attendant assists with questions, directions, and requests, and acts as a resource for guests. The Spring House is a waterfront community amenity featuring pools, an outdoor spa, pool bar, dining room, event space, fitness facility, locker rooms, and saunas. The role supports a new and growing operation and calls for an adaptable team member who is open to learning the facility. The attendant also assists with reservations, fob requests, phone inquiries, towel service, and retail transactions while representing the company professionally.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitable environment; experience in a clubhouse, restaurant, or similar venue is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen and empathize.
Organization and time management skills.
Computer proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a clubhouse, restaurant, or similar venue.

Responsibilities

Maintain updated knowledge of general Kiawah River Development directions.
Greet and welcome homeowners and guests of the Spring House.
Assist with cabana and daybed reservation management.
Maintain positive ongoing relationships and personalize interactions when able.
Assist with fob pickups and requests.
Multitask and prioritize to meet guests’ needs.
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
Answer the Spring House phone, take messages, and follow through on requests.
Assist with towel service, including rental transactions and returning soiled towels to their designated location for laundering.
Maintain retail items for sale and handle associated sales transactions.
