About The Position

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a part-time Concessions Supervisor to join the team at Tacos Mejor in Boston, Massachusetts. The supervisor leads team members in providing exceptional guest service and oversees daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Tacos Mejor is a taquería created by Chef Carlos Gaytán, featuring modern Mexican cuisine inspired by Mexico's street food culture, with a focus on authentic tacos, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Restaurant work experience is required.
Must be able to implement rules and direct employees.
Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality.
Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Operate and oversee cash handling procedures and POS transactions, balance drawers, and ensure accurate sales reporting.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening and closing procedures, and shift execution.
Lead by example in a fast-paced environment while promoting hospitality, quality, and accountability.
