About The Position

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is hiring a Concessions Operations Attendant for its Christmas at the Princess holiday event. This seasonal role supports the Concessions Team in delivering friendly, engaging hospitality and festive food service in a fast-paced environment. The position runs from November 2nd through January 10th and requires availability for shifts beginning at 4 p.m., at least three days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role reports to the Assistant Manager of Resort Experience.

The attendant serves items such as fresh kettle corn, donuts, and roasted nuts; maintains knowledge of event activities, experience inclusions, menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods; and assists with outlet setup and food safety. The role also follows outlet policies, procedures, service standards, and sanitation requirements. Previous lounge experience is preferred. Arizona Liquor Server Certification and Arizona Food Handlers Certification are required. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
