About The Position

This is a part-time, event-based position that involves working all Concession functions, including serving food and beverage items. The role requires fulfilling guest orders, maintaining concession equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance, and demonstrating attention to detail and consistency in service. The position is very hands-on and may include other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least one year experience in a facility servicing meals for large events.
• Strong orientation to customer service.
• Ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
• Servsafe certified.
• Attention to detail and service oriented.
• Must be able to pass credit and criminal background check.
• Must be able to calculate any kind of monetary transaction.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling each guest’s order.
• Maintaining all Concession equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
• Other duties as assigned.
