About The Position

Levy is hiring a Concessions Cook to prepare concession menu items for guests at the Rose Quarter, home of the Portland Trail Blazers, Portland Fire, and Portland Winterhawks. The role supports Levy and the Rose Quarter’s shared vision of elevated, inclusive hospitality that reflects Portland’s food story. It involves working in a dynamic, high-volume arena environment, adapting to changing stand locations and tasks, and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old due to alcohol and other service requirements.
Be friendly and energetic and ready to create memorable moments.
Be comfortable working in a loud, high-volume atmosphere.
Have a desire to cook and sharpen cooking skills.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Maintain excellent attendance and be able to work evening and weekend events as scheduled.
Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Be oriented toward guest satisfaction and treat guests and team members fairly.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a cook in fast-casual dining or a similar atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare concession menu items to support guest satisfaction.
Follow recipes and use a variety of kitchen equipment to prepare and cook concession menu items.
Comply with food safety regulations.
Keep kitchen areas and concession stands clean and follow sanitation and safety requirements.
Follow Levy standards, policies, and procedures.
Adapt to changing stand locations within the arena.
Switch between tasks in a dynamic environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
