About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Cashier to provide friendly, responsive service and help create an exceptional dining or take-out experience for guests. Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, food or concessions outlet, production kitchen, or similar capacity is preferred.
- Operating knowledge of food management systems is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Follow cash and credit handling procedures; record orders and compute bills.
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized service areas, including cafeteria tables and service and condiment stations, while following food-handling and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure food and beverage products are prepared and served consistently according to facility recipes and standards for portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation.
