About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Cashier to provide friendly, responsive service and help create an exceptional dining or take-out experience for guests. Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, food or concessions outlet, production kitchen, or similar capacity.
• Operating knowledge of food management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Follow cash and credit handling procedures; record orders and compute bills.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized service areas, including cafeteria tables and service and condiment stations, following food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure food and beverage products are prepared and served consistently according to facility recipes, portioning, cooking, timing, serving, and presentation standards.
