About The Position

Marcus Theatres is hiring a part-time Concessions Attendant at Parkwood Cinema in Waite Park, Minnesota. The attendant supports theatre operations by delivering excellent guest service, selling and preparing concessions, and maintaining clean, organized concession and beverage areas. The role requires working in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment and consistently following company standards and food-safety practices.

Parkwood Cinema is a 17-screen theatre with two SuperScreen auditoriums, Zaffiro's Express, and a full-service Zaffiro's Restaurant. The position offers a starting pay of $13.50 per hour and variable shifts. Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays; Tuesday availability is also required.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fast food, food service, cashiering, golf course, retail, hotel, or airport work is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete transactions, and thank them for their business.
• Sell food and beverages at the concession stand and meet sales goals.
• Promote loyalty-card sign-ups, upselling, and suggestive selling.
• Operate point-of-sale terminals, make accurate change, and fulfill online orders.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with food-safety policies and local regulations.
• Stock, sanitize, and clean concession and beverage areas.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and fast service and resolve guest concerns.
• Follow Marcus standards and instructions for safe chemical use, and assist management as needed.
• Consistently follow and reinforce company cleaning standards, taking ownership of a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
