About The Position

Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Assistant Program Coordinator, the Concession Supervisor assists with oversight of concession stands and employees. This is a seasonal position requiring flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One season of cash handling and customer service experience.
• One season of supervisory experience.
• Currently certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concession employees and schedule them; review and submit employee time worked.
• Train concession employees in cash handling procedures, cash register processes, point-of-sale operations, and safe food handling.
• Stock concession items and maintain inventory.
• Monitor inventory of beverages, food items, and general supplies, and report discrepancies.
• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system.
• Allocate funds within a prescribed budget and complete daily cash reports.
• Maintain a sanitary concession environment and follow and ensure compliance with Bell County Health Department standards.
• Prepare, operate, and close the concession stand.
• Adhere to the City's customer service standards.
• Attend required program staff meetings and trainings.
• Follow city policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
