What You’ll Do As a Computer Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly around the clock. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and support critical operations that ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a related technical role
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Brightstar’s enterprise systems in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Support product development, systems integration, and lottery operations teams
  • Execute daily operational checklists and ensure tasks are completed accurately
  • Generate and review reports to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Identify and escalate system issues quickly and effectively
  • Assist in system recovery efforts to restore normal operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless service delivery
