About The Position

Oversee daily IT operations within the distribution center, including start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week processes. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across a wide range of devices (handhelds, desktops, RF equipment). Ensure accurate store billing and timely processing of will-call orders. Manage system access and data security for all facility team members. Monitor and reduce equipment damage and replacement costs. Maintain inventory of essential tech supplies like labels for order selectors.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Hands-on experience with RF equipment, PCs, and servers.

• Completion of management and leadership training is preferred.
