About The Position

The Complimentary Attendant helps create a positive guest dining experience by welcoming guests, answering questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and sharing information about local attractions. The role prepares and serves breakfast items and beverages, including coffee, while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

The attendant keeps dining and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and aligned with brand standards; clears tables and refreshes buffet stations; responds to guest needs and special requests; and supports the team with tasks such as dishwashing, restocking, and tidying. The position also includes basic cashiering, payment processing, and transaction recordkeeping. It requires staying active throughout the shift, lifting and carrying items weighing 20–50 pounds, and maintaining a professional manner during busy periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior food and beverage or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to stay on one's feet and lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds.
