About The Position

The Complimentary AM Attendant helps guests start their day with a welcoming and satisfying breakfast experience. The role includes greeting guests, answering questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and sharing information about local attractions. The attendant prepares and provides breakfast items and beverages while maintaining food safety and cleanliness. They keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and stocked, clear tables, refresh buffet stations, respond to guest requests, and assist with dishwashing and other tasks as needed. The position requires stamina to remain on one's feet, lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds, and maintain a calm, professional manner during busy periods.
