The estimated salary range is $77,848.65–$101,203.25 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience working in a large healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid laws.
• Superior interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Background and knowledge to assess clinical documentation and medical record coding, analyze data, and identify trends and outliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionally with all levels of management.
• Certification in a related area of expertise, or eligibility for certification.

• Healthcare auditing experience preferred.
