About The Position

The Community Relations Liaison (described in the posting as an Account Executive) promotes Rogers Behavioral Health services to community stakeholders and referral sources. Working under the leadership of the Directors of Business Development and other leaders, and in partnership with the Account Executive team, the role uses operational and clinical expertise to serve as a subject matter expert on Rogers service lines. The position manages a territory through a traditional sales model, developing new referral relationships, maintaining existing ones, implementing strategic plans, meeting or exceeding quotas, and adapting to a changing marketplace. The role develops and advances relationships with referring providers and other community partners, identifies referral and partnership opportunities, and carries out proactive growth activities. It requires frequent in-person and virtual customer meetings, including cold calling, events, campus tours, and ongoing communication with referral sources. The position also requires learning and communicating information about behavioral health programs, diagnoses, trends, efficacy, patient populations, and outcomes. The liaison documents interactions in CRM software, completes operational reports and expense submissions, and analyzes reporting to support timely decisions. The role operates with substantial autonomy and requires extensive travel, approximately 80% of work time outside the office, with overnight and weekend travel as needed. Travel may be higher for PRN assignments, which can involve support at any Rogers location and may include one-time events or multi-week assignments. The employee is expected to uphold Rogers values of Compassion, Excellence, and Accountability; collaborate respectfully; communicate effectively; support organizational change and goals; comply with applicable policies and procedures; and perform other assigned duties. Additional responsibilities described in the posting include supporting employee relations, maintaining departmental policies and procedures, providing feedback, educating staff as directed, participating in committees and projects, and promoting a professional, solution-focused team environment.
